At The GreeNeedle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

 

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

  • Show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • Have been modified or altered after purchase

  • Are returned beyond the 30-day return window

 

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thegreeneedle.com and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
