Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

 

Shipping Carrier

The Greeneedle currently ships orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout when available.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, most USPS deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (when available).

Tracking updates are provided directly by USPS.

 

Shipping Addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

The Greeneedle is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, The Greeneedle is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with USPS to locate your shipment.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thegreeneedle.com and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
